100% Chardonnay from vines planted in 1980, 1986, and 1990.
Grapes are from multiple parcels: Les Vaudenelles, Les Rosey, Boivins, facing southeast, shallow white marl soil on limestone bedrock.
Direct pressing, indigenous yeast fermentation (40% new oak). Aged for 16 months in barrel.
