High-end Zignum Anejo

Zignum Anejo is aged 18 months in new French oak barrels. This aging gives it strong notes of caramel, vanilla, and wood. The agave used to make this mezcal are not smoked. They are steam-cooked, giving this mezcal a very different flavor.
