It's actually infused with Ugni Blanc grape, as well as some more standard botanicals including ginger root, liquorice, cardamom, cassia bark, coriander, cubeb berries, nutmeg, lime and even a bit of juniper. Nose: Doesn't immediately smell like a gin... the grape notes are prevalent, but there are balancing notes of citrus and cardamom. Palate: The grapes run the show here too. It's tasty with pronounced, fresh botanicals, particularly the high, citric and ginger notes. The grapes add a pleasant sweetness. It's almost like a flavoured vodka. Finish: Very clean, very pleasant. Herbs and grassy notes with a slight mineral taste.
